SCARM participates actively and effectively in the knowledge-based development of the country through performing basic and applied research in the field of stem cells and regenerative medicine. The most important missions of the center are detection, prevention and treatment of diseases effectively and efficiently, manufacturing products and technologies related to stem cells and regenerative medicine, along with training efficient human resources, in particular through participation in specialized courses (PhD and postdoc courses).
The Institute is making an attempt to provide space and proper facilities for scientific- research activities amongst researchers, experts and domestic and foreign investors in order for the development and introduction of more effective therapies and production of knowledge-based products and finally the scientific development of the country .
